Vincent Beaudin Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Vincent Emile "Vinnie" Beaudin, 58, of 1 Harding Avenue, Adams, died Sunday morning at the North Adams Regional Hospital, shortly after being admitted. He was born in Adams on September 16, 1946, a son of the late Victor M. and Alma M. (Tremblay) Beaudin. He attended the former Notre Dame School in Adams, and graduated from the former St. Josephs High School in North Adams. He then attended the former North Adams State College where he earned his Bachelors in Education. He then received his Masters in Education from Westfield State College. Mr. Beaudin worked as a math teacher for the Pittsfield Public Schools for 36 years until his retirement from Taconic High School last year. He was a communicant of the Parish of Notre Dame & St. Thomas Aquinas, Adams. He was an avid tennis player, and volunteered at the Notre Dame Bingo in Adams. He is survived by his wife, the former Stella M. Fournier, whom he married on November 18, 1972. 2 Daughters - Christina Kanelos and her husband Peter of Adams, and Amy Denette, and her husband Timothy of Clarksburg; 1 Brother - Victor G. Beaudin and his wife Diana of Pittsfield. 1 Grandson - Justin Denette of Clarksburg; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son, Kevin Beaudin. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, August 10th, at 9:00AM from the AUGE-PACIOREK-SIMMONS Funeral Home, 13 Hoosac St. Adams, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00AM in Notre Dame des Sept Douleurs Church, celebrated by Rev. Daniel J. Boyle, Pastor of the Catholic Parishes of Adams. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery, Adams. Calling hours are Tuesday from 4 to 7 PM at the funeral home.
