Stacia Ordyna-Bulsa

Mrs. Stacia M. (Koza) Ordyna-Bulsa, 79, of 20 Bieniek Ave., Adams, died peacefully on Thursday, September 30, 2010 at her home. She was born in Adams on September 17, 1931, a daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Dziegiel) Koza. She attended schools in Adams and graduated from the former Adams High School with the class of 1949. Mrs. Ordyna-Bulsa worked for several years as a data processor for the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance until retiring. She was a communicant of the former St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Adams. She was a longtime member and past financial secretary of the Polish Roman Catholic Union of America and a member of the St. Michael's Society and the Stamford Country Club Women's League. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her grandchildren. Her first husband, Casimer Ordyna whom she married on October 20, 1951, died on November 9, 1985. She is survived by her second husband Andrew F. Bulsa, whom she married on August 23, 2008; 3 Daughters - Nancy Ciuk and her husband Allan Brown of Pittsfield, Susan Alibozek and her companion Paul Keating of Adams, and Joanne Raimer and her companion Robert Lefaver of Cheshire; 6 Grandchildren - David Ciuk and his wife Dawn of Howell, MI, Stacy Kitchell and her husband Timothy of Chatham, NJ, Kelsey and Chad Alibozek of Adams, Jennifer Raimer of Beverly, MA, and Jill Raimer of Cheshire; 3 Stepchildren - Steven Bulsa and his wife Donna and Daniel Bulsa and his wife Claudette, all of NH and Christine O'Meara and her husband Richard of Maine; 5 Step Grandchildren - Michael, Matthew and Rebecca Bulsa and Bethany and Aubrey O'Meara, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 2 Brothers - Kasimer and Stanley Koza and by a sister, Jean Babeu. The funeral will be on Monday, October 4, at 9:00AM from the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., Adams, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00AM in the Parish Church of Pope John Paul the Great, Adams, celebrated by Rev. Daniel J. Boyle, Pastor. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Kostka Cemetery, Adams. Calling hours are Sunday from 2:00PM to 5:00PM at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Friends of Cardiac Rehab and Berkshire Medical Center or Hospice Care in the Berkshires through the funeral home.
