Mr. Jon Jay Bourdon

Mr. Jon Jay Bourdon 39, of 25 Bob's Hill, Adams crossed over to eternal life on Tuesday, December 3, 2013. He was born in North Adams on July 2, 1974, the son of Robert E. and Sybil B. (Raymond) Bourdon. He attended schools in Adams and graduated from Hoosac Valley High School with the class of 1993. At the time of his death Mr. Bourdon was an independent real estate sales contractor for many companies, including Vacation Village in the Berkshires, Hancock. Jon Jay was a charismatic man who enjoyed life to the fullest. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend who always had a smile on his face and an infectious laugh that was transmitted to whomever he encountered. Jon enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was an avid golfer who loved to travel and play music. Besides his parents of Adams, he leaves three Sisters and two Brothers, Michelle R. Perrier and her husband Jeffery Baran of Savoy; Jennifer L. (Perrier) Rose and her husband Craig of Adams; Tammie Bourdon-Shafer and her husband Trent of Adams; Robert R. Bourdon and his companion Donna Smith of Hancock; and Christopher M. Bourdon and his wife Michelle Davignon of Adams; His Nieces April R. Lesage and her husband George of Savoy; Jillian M. Pisano and her husband Josh of Cheshire; Amanda T. Zieminski and her companion Scott O'Connell of Pittsfield; and Athena E. Shafer of Adams; His Nephews Zachary R. Despain and his wife Allyson of Pittsfield; Matthew L. Zieminski and his companion Brittany Gage of Cheshire; Mitchell L. Despain of Adams; Noah R. Bourdon of Sandwich; and Tiberius A. Shafer of Adams. Several Uncles; Many Cousins; A Great Niece Emma; two Great Nephews Jameson and Bentley. A celebration of Jon's life will be held on Monday, December 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Cheshire. Calling hours will be on Sunday, December 8, 2013 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., Adams which is in charge of arrangements.
